KohlMark Group Begins the year with 3 New Projects.

Building upon a successful close to 2009, the start of January 2010, KohlMark Group is already busy with three new projects. The three projects, located Great Falls, Chantilly and Fairfax are unique and showcase the range of architectural and construction service offered by KohlMark.

The project in Great Falls is a Custom home being built upon a tract of land where the owners have decided to raze the existing structure and begin anew. KohlMark Group has been working to define the owner’s vision for more than a year and will be kicking off the build phase of the project during the next month.

In Fairfax, KohlMark is again flexing its full service capabilities by designing a master plan for an entire home. The project includes additions and renovations including two new bedrooms, two new bathrooms and also adding an entire second floor to the existing home.

The third new project, located in Chantilly, adds a much needed two car garage to an existing home, creating a “mechanics heaven” for the owner. The second phase of the project is focused on the interior of the home, adding a spacious and elegant kitchen to the home.
